Terms you agree to when using Storebeep

By accessing or using Storebeep's website, Shopify application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Storebeep is a Shopify app that allows shoppers to subscribe to receive alerts when out-of-stock products are restocked. The Services include the subscriber collection widget, automated restock email notifications, merchant dashboard, data export, webhook integrations, and custom email sender functionality.

Storebeep is built on and integrates with the Shopify platform, and uses infrastructure services including Railway and Cloudflare to deliver the Services.

To use Storebeep, you must have an active Shopify store and install the Storebeep app through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Storebeep collects subscriber information including email addresses, phone numbers (optional), and consent for newsletter/marketing where requested. Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and HeyMantle analytics on merchant-facing pages only. These tools track merchant usage of the Storebeep dashboard and are not used to track shoppers on merchant storefronts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam beyond the intended back-in-stock notification functionality.
• Access or attempt to access another merchant's data or subscriber records.

Storebeep offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Plan details, pricing, and email limits are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Storebeep and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storebeep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Storebeep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Merchants can uninstall Storebeep through their Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storebeep operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top and providing appropriate notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
